UK orders are shipped with DPD on an express 1-2 day service, DPD 2-3 day standard or Royal Mail 3-5 day service. This applies to orders placed before 13:00 GMT. Orders placed after this, will be dispatched the following working day. If your order is placed during the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will not be dispatched until the subsequent business day.

Whilst we strive to uphold our stated delivery times, during busier periods, Maharishi cannot always guarantee the regular delivery times as displayed.

You will be sent tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. You are also able to track your order at various stages through our tracking portal here.

At the checkout you will be able to select the DPD Pickup location nearest to you. We offer this service at a discounted rate and it ensures secure and guaranteed delivery, as well as up to 85% reducing the carbon footprint of your delivery.

You will be notified via email from DPD then the parcel is ready for collection. You will need to bring the DPD Pickup Pass, sent to you in the email from DPD, and display it to the vendor at the Pickup locations.

You can collect your order within 7 days of it arriving at the DPD Pickup Location. If it is not picked up after this, the order will be returned back to our warehouse.

These product categories are not covered by the free shipping promotion. An additional shipping fee will be added at checkout. Due to the size and fragility of Artwork, it is not covered by our standard shipping rates.

Your order will be shipped from within the UK, therefore there are no additional costs on the delivery of your order.

We are currently not offering store collection of online orders.

This is dependent on the country that you are shipping to. Certain destinations are shipped without having to pay any additional taxes and duties. For certain countries we offer pre-payment of tax and duty at the checkout to avoid further costs on the delivery.

The following countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that import taxes and duties are included in the final price and there shall be no additional costs upon delivery:

To countries that are not shipped with taxes & duties included, we will calculate these costs for you at the checkout and you can choose to pre-pay these in advance at the checkout.

If you choose not to pre-pay the taxes duties you may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the destination country. Import taxes and duties vary from country to country and depend on the value of your order. If you are importing goods additionally to your Maharishi order, whos combined value exceeds the $800 de minimis threshold, you may be billed by the courier for duties. Maharishi cannot be held accountable to pay these charges for goods that have not originated from Maharishi.

US taxes will be paid by the customer at checkout, only duties are included in the price. State-specific taxes are charged at checkout per local rates. State-specific tax is non-refundable.

We do not offer pre-payment of tax and duty in countries where imports on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis are not possible. The customs charges will be calculated by your local customs office and you will be required to submit a payment of them prior to delivery by the courier.

Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipping destination and the total value of your purchase, and are added to your order total at checkout. Any duties and taxes paid separately are non-refundable, you would need to contact your local customs office to reclaim these costs.
