Maharishi is looking for a passionate Retail Sales Assistant to join its retail team. This role is key in delivering exceptional in-store experiences, maintaining high presentation standards, and representing the brand with pride. You will engage customers with confidence, uphold store procedures, and contribute to a positive and professional team culture.

Note this is a part time position for 2 days a week, with potential for overtime when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional, brand-aligned customer experience at all times.
• Drive sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain an immaculate sales floor through daily cleaning and merchandising routines.
• Ensure all products are correctly steamed, tagged, and priced before reaching the floor.
• Support deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organization.
• Follow all store operational policies, including clock-in/out, conduct, and security protocols.
• Represent Maharishi through professional presentation, on-brand styling, and product awareness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion experience preferred).
• Confident, approachable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high store standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods.
