UPCYCLED MAHA STITCHED JACKETS & BLANKETS

Maha offers a range of Stitched Upcycled Jackets–a testament to the enduring commitment to conscious, thoughtful design.

Each jacket is created by recycling vintage, lightweight printed cloths into multiple layers through hand stitching to create a new cloth, designed to mimic the padded nylon of a typical MA1 flight jacket. This rich heritage fabric is reinterpreted through Maharishi’s lens, bringing together artisanal craft and contemporary silhouettes.

Upcycling is at the heart of Maharishi’s ethos

Where traditional military garments are given a new, pacifist purpose and celebrated for their design rather than combative function. Every jacket is made from carefully reclaimed materials, transforming what might otherwise be overlooked into pieces of enduring style and character.

Offered in the iconic MA-1 and kimono silhouettes in addition to large blankets, these pieces fuse utility with artistry, combining structured tailoring with fluid, relaxed forms.
