Maharishi’s latest collection, ‘The Great East/West Outdoors’, features a range of staple and original trouser silhouettes offering new seasonal artworks and engineered functionality.

The collection highlights novel iterations of embroidered Original Snopants®, a House signature since 1996 inspired by military designs and complete with Maharishi’s patented Snocord® and Snobutton® systems for full adjustability. Also present in the offering are breathable track pants crafted from Japanese Wagara cotton – traditionally printed fabric featuring a repeated geometric pattern – and military-grade Cordura ripstop cargo pants, whose lightweight composition was originally devised for military combat uniforms, making it abundantly durable.

Seasonal artworks draw inspiration from the history of cartography, with both the Tour Dragon and new DPM: London Contour designs honouring the history of mapmaking and its capacity to help us interpret the world. Similarly, the Thar Dragon and Thar Desert motifs pay homage to the Thar people of the Indo-Pak region, whose nomadic cultural crafts are referenced through intricate new embroideries.
