UK Returns


We accept returns within 28 days of the date your order was delivered. Returns must be registered within 14 days of placing the order. You may choose to refund, exchange or credit the items you wish to return.

Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and including all branded packaging. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Please note that the shoe box is considered a part of the product.

We reserve the right to ship returns received in non-resellable condition back to the customer.

Please visit our UK return portal to register your return and obtain a return shipping label.

You will be required to print the shipping label and arrange the packaging of the goods. You may use the original packaging it came in.

The parcel can be dropped at any of DHL’s service points. Find your nearest here.

Alternatively, you can arrange a collection online or by calling DHL on 0844 248 0844. The waybill number stated under the first barcode on the label is your reference.

The return service is only offered from the country the goods were shipped to. Artwork, 1000% Medicom toys and rugs are not covered by this return service.

Yes, the pre-paid service is optional and you may also return your order by postal mail or another courier of your preference. This is at your own cost.

You will need to assume full responsibility for the parcel whilst it is in transit; in this instance we will not reimburse for lost parcels and would advise to choose a trackable and insured service.

Your refund will be issued either to the original method of payment or store credit.

If there was a shipping charge on your order, this will not be refunded.

If you used our pre-paid return shipping service, the costs of this will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, you can request a store credit refund by selecting the relevant option on the return portal. The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card. This can be redeemed by applying the gift card code on the promotional code field at checkout.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be reversed back to any other payment method.

We aim to process your refund within 48 hours upon receiving the return.

After the refund has been processed, please allow up to 2-5 working days for the funds to show up on your account.

Yes, you may opt to exchange your order for another size, colour or different style. When registering your return, you will be redirected to our website to choose the exchange item. Items of higher value will be charged for at the end of the process. If the exchange item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded upon processing the return.

The £4.95 return shipping fee applies, but the shipping on your exchange order will be free of charge. 

Please note we will hold the exchange items for 14 days only from the date of registration. Failure to return your order within this period will result in the exchange order being cancelled. 

Your exchange order will be dispatched once the returned item has been received by our warehouse.

Yes, our return policy applies on online orders for sale items.

If the item was purchased directly from Maharishi within 180 days, we will be able to offer either a replacement, warranty repair or refund under most circumstances. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty queries are reviewed by our garment technology team, which may request you to return the item for inspection. 

If the item was purchased from a third party or more than 180 days ago, we recommend reaching out to relevant merchant, or initiating a free repair under our Lifetime Repair Guarantee scheme.

International Returns

Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and including all branded packaging. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Please note that the shoe box is considered a part of the product.

Please visit the returns portal to register your return and download a return shipping label. You will be presented with return shipping options and the corresponding fees for your region upon inputting your details.

You will be required to print the shipping label and arrange the packaging of the goods. You may use the original packaging it came in.

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

If there was a shipping charge on your order, this will not be refunded.

If you used our pre-paid return shipping service, the costs of this will be deducted from your refund.

Any tax and import duties charged upon the delivery of your order will not be refunded.

We aim to process refunds within 48 hours upon receiving the goods.

After the refund has been processed, please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to show up on your account.

We do not offer an exchange service for orders shipping outside the UK. Please return your items for a refund and place a new order.

In-store returns


Unwanted items that were purchased in-store at Maharishi London or New York must be returned unworn and with all original tags attached, within 14 days of purchase and are eligible for exchange or store credit.

We do not offer payment method refunds on in-store purchases. All in-store sale purchases are final.

We accept returns of online orders at both our London and New York stores. Please register your return accordingly online and refer your return authorisation number to the store staff upon dropping off the item.

We are unable to issue store credit or exchanges for online orders returned to our New York store.
