Responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. Reporting to the Store Management team. 

The position is part time 2-3 days per week and will include working weekends and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience as per company guidelines.
• Strive to achieve and exceed financial, KPI and operational targets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Process stock deliveries and transfers as per company guidelines.
• Assisting with day to day running of the store.
• Work on in-store events & product launches.
• Supporting team with VM and display tasks when needed.
• Represent Maharishi as a brand ambassador.
• Ad hoc support for all areas of the business. 

Requirements 

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role. 
• Customer focused with experience in selling products that require bespoke specialist knowledge.
• Deep affinity and understanding of Maharishi and its values.
• Flexible availability. 
• Punctual and reliable.
• Self-motivated.
