Japanese sportswear company Mizuno and Maharishi partner for the first time to reimagine the iconic ‘07 Wave Rider 10 silhouette. Utilising olive tones, a perennial aspect of Maharishi brand identity, the collaboration reflects a balanced interaction of seemingly contrasting forces via the juxtaposition of embroidery and sport technology.
The silhouette provides an olive canvas depicting an intricate embroidery of a phoenix wrapped around the Mizuno RunBird logo on the lateral and medial sides of the shoe. Mizuno employs a Trusted Path™ Program certified suede, sustainable nubuck and AIRmesh upper. Tongue, heel and footbed are all co-branded.
Available Friday 10th March, exclusively at Maharishi 11:00 GMT online and in-store London, 11:00 EST in-store New York.
