Maharishi enlists Fracap to produce its latest iteration of Jungle Boots, a modified low silhouette composed of premium leathers and custom Maha Olive/Hi-Vis panelling, atop a steady Vibram® Gum-Lite Commando sole.

Handcrafted in Italy since 1908, Fracap is renowned for its collections designed for the Italian Army and Air Force with a focus on detailed construction and assembly, whilst maintaining the processes passed down through generations in the original family-owned factory in the small town of Monteroni in Puglia.

Jungle Boots were essential to armed forces campaigning throughout South East Asia during the Vietnam war in Jungle terrains. Various iterations provided sufficient protection from hazards and traps whilst remaining durable and quick-drying.

Referencing the original third pattern Vibram® sole in circulation between 1965 - 1968, the Jungle Boot Low features a veg dyed Italian leather upper with custom Maha Olive and Hi-Vis Orange nylon panelling on the side walls of the shoe. Subtle details define the shoe including a subdued Trim 6 sitting under the collar and deboss Maharishi branding across the tongue and footbed.
